The Curriculum
The Juicy Life Leader Academy Curriculum is designed to help you accomplish the following three things:
A) Produce more results with less stress and effort
B) Have more positive impact on more people (employees, clients, parterrs, family...)
C) Experience the joy and freedom to be authentically yourself
The curriculum does that through these three focuses:
A) By making you unlearn the patriarchal ways of operating and indoctrination which stop you from your free self-expression, living your full potential and enjoying a juicy life.
B) By giving you the information, models and tools to evolve into a post-patriarchal leader, able, inspired and equipped to build a world that works for everyone in a sustainable manner.
C) By making you future-fit teaching you:

The combination of these three master-skill-sets wil make you experience the purpose, love and freedom that make up a juicy life with you in the center creating and leading it all!

Each of the three core curriculum circles focusing on one mastery is devided into three major content/research blocks.
Mastering Matter is about studying the neuroscience of success, the neuroscience of change and the neuroscience of power.
It sounds heavy yet - promise! - the content will be presentated in easy to digest meaningful pieces in an entertaining way. Sylvia has mastered the art of edutainment, which merges education and entertainment. Using her effervescent personality, visuals, and Intentional Creativity® you will expand your knowledge and skill set with ease.

What if there are mechanisms at work between us humans that make it way easier for you to have the impact you seek than the patriarchy ever wanted you to know?!?

Mastery of Oneself is about learning self awareness, self expression and ultimately falling in love with oneself.
The patriarchy has taught us that we are not good enough. That we are deeply flawed and should please others in order to be safe and suppress our uniqueness in order to fit in. What if that is only partially true or not at all? What if you matter and are a creative powerful being capable of joy something the patriarchy never wanted you to know?!?
All three mastery circles are deeply influenced by four powerful content pieces in our minds, which also - unknown to many - shape literally our body and trigger our emotions.
These four content pieces are:
- beliefs
- stories
- paradigms
- biases

Through-out the curriculum in different modules/months these four content pieces will be touched upon, reveiled, explored, rewritten, and rewired where needed!

In order to evolve as leaders beyond the current patriarchal paradigm we have to do the sometimes uncomfortable task of facing how our culture, our lineage and our faith has shaped and informed who we are today. We need to take responsibility for how we manage that impact now to access the power of choice to reinvent ourselves and evolve in alignment with the needs of the world, our dreams and our soul's longing.
