Monthly Structure & Schedule
The monthly flow will be always the same:
On the first Monday of each calendar month access to the next module is granted to all enrolled members inside the dashboard. You'll get informed about it via email newsletter sharing a short summary what to expect.
Week 1: New teaching content over multiple videos
Week 2: Q&A about content of the month group call with Sylvia Becker-Hill
Week 3: Focus on new habit creation rolled out previous week with tracker for the next 30 days
Week 4: Open coaching and consulting group call with Sylvia Becker-Hill
Week 5: Integration and Harvesting your Return of Investment
Given that the academy is open to members from around the world, the office hours in week 2 and week 4 are on different times to accomodate members in more time zones. Depending on the membership growth and geographic clustering of members, more or different time slots will be added in the future!
Currently Week 2 Zoom call happens on Fridays at 8 am PST / 11 am EST / 5 pm CET
Currently Week 4 Zoom call happens on Tuesday at 1 pm PST / 4 pm EST / 22 pm CET / 8 am AEST (on Saturday!)

Curriculum Roll-Out Schedule
The curriculum is rolled out in monthly packaged modules.

The curriculum roll-out follows a rhythm of going clock-wise around the three main content circles of Results/"Mastering Matter" in teal over Joy/"Mastering Oneself" in magenta over Impact/"Mastering Relationships" in purple.
While going month to month to the next "mastery circle", the roll-out jumps also to the next of the three topic-themes per mastery-circle!

At the start of every module Sylvia explains "where you are" on your evolutionary path of becoming a Juicy Life Leader! And you will see an image showing you like a map exactely where you are inside the curriculum!

Every new member has to go through the "Orientation Module" as the door to enter the academy and enjoy the current content module of the current month. The Orientation Module is full of check-lists, practical tips and resources designed to set you up for success with your membership to the Juicy Life Leader Academy!
Module 1: Neuroscience of Success ========== rolling out Mai 2021
"From Sweating Hustle to Blissful Flow"
The new paradigm of work that will empower you to new heights of productivity while giving you permission to switch to healthier and more sustainable ways of operating.
The new habit you will create in this module will empower your physical and emotional health, mental clarity and focus and liberate you from outdated patterns of busy-ness and restlessness.

The habit you will create will turn you into a leader whose "yes" or "no" will magnetize the support of your team members, clients, followers, community because we love nothing more than trustworthiness and authenticity in the leaders we work for or choose to emulate.

The new relationship you will create will over ride what society taught you about your emotions. It will liberate and empower you and might make you redifine what it means to be human. It is that fundamental!

The curriculum doesn't get fully published in advance because Sylvia Becker-Hill always co-creates with her clients. Which means: She maps out the plan and then adjust it flexibly to what current members need in the context of current world and work challenges.
